Account information (name, email), the financial data you enter into your books, and basic technical information needed to run the service (IP address, browser).
To run Accoru for you, to keep your account secure, and to improve the product. We don't run advertising and we don't track you across the internet.
Your data stays in Accoru for as long as you have an active account. After cancellation we retain data for 30 days so you can come back, then delete it.
A short list of sub-processors required to deliver the service (hosting, email, payment processing). We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from settings or by emailing us. We'll act on requests within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We use strict access controls internally and continuously back up your data.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
