Accoru is a service operated by NGITAL LIMITED ("NGITAL LIMITED", "we", "us", or "our"), the legal entity that provides the Accoru product and is your counterparty under these terms. References to "Accoru" in these terms refer to the service provided by NGITAL LIMITED.
By using Accoru, you agree to these terms with NGITAL LIMITED. If you don't, please don't use the service. We may update these terms occasionally; we'll let you know in-app when we do.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Don't share credentials; invite teammates instead.
Your data is yours. NGITAL LIMITED stores it on your behalf, encrypted in transit and at rest, and we'll never sell it or share it with third parties beyond the sub-processors required to deliver the service.
Don't use Accoru to do anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. We may suspend accounts that do.
Accoru is offered on a monthly or annual subscription. Payments are processed by our merchant of record on behalf of NGITAL LIMITED. You can cancel at any time from settings. Refunds within your first billing cycle are unconditional.
We aim for 99.9% uptime and report any meaningful interruptions on our status page. We can't promise the service will be uninterrupted, but we take downtime seriously.
Accoru is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of NGITAL LIMITED is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months.
You can leave at any time and export your data. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after written notice where reasonable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NGITAL LIMITED is registered. Disputes will be resolved in good faith and, failing that, in the courts of that jurisdiction.
