If Accoru isn't right for you, email support@accoru.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full. No questionnaires, no exit interviews.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you can cancel and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
We process refunds within two business days. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything. After that we permanently delete it.
